1. What POOLXCHANGE is

POOLXCHANGE is an online marketplace that lets pool industry professionals list, find and discuss equipment and parts. POOLXCHANGE is a venue only. We are not a party to any transaction between members, we do not take possession of any item, and we do not process payments.

2. Eligibility

Membership is intended for pool industry professionals and businesses. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password secure.

3. Listings

You may only list items you own and have the legal right to sell, trade or give away. Listings must be accurate, must not misrepresent condition, and must comply with the Marketplace Guidelines. We may edit, remove or refuse any listing at our discretion.

4. Transactions between members

All transactions are strictly between the buyer and the seller. Inspection, payment, pickup, delivery, warranty, returns and disputes are the members' responsibility. POOLXCHANGE makes no warranty about any item, member, or transaction.

5. Prohibited conduct

No fraud, no stolen or counterfeit goods, no harassment, no spam or bulk unsolicited messaging, no scraping or automated data collection, and no attempts to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

6. Content you post

You keep ownership of your listings and photos. You grant POOLXCHANGE a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace.

7. Fees

Basic membership and standard listings are free. Optional paid features may be introduced later and will always be presented clearly before purchase.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or the Marketplace Guidelines, or that puts other members at risk.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, POOLXCHANGE is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of a transaction between members.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
